"Excellent customer service!!! The plant I wanted wasn't in stock so I told James I'd call back after I looked over the other available arrangements on their website. Less than 3 minutes later James called me and said he could order the plant I wanted and deliver it on time. I placed the order and hoped for the best. Early on the delivery day James called to say he was at my Mom's door and no one was answering so he asked if it was okay to leave them at the door. I told him my Mom is 96 and he said he would not leave them at the door but on a nearby table so she wouldn't have to bend down to pick them up. He was so obviously concerned with making sure my Mom got the beautiful plant in excellent condition with no strain on her part. When I tried to thank him for his excellent service he just quietly said "that's our policy". James is an excellent employee and by the way my Mom loves her plant!!! Thanks.....I'll be ordering again!!"
